In the textile sector the emission factors associated to BAT implementation aren’t defined, so, it’s quite difficult for the stakeholders involved to conclude about the environmental benefit when implementing BAT.
So, the project
BATinLoko – Environmental performance
indicators and their relation with economic factors in textile BAT
implementation intends to determine environmental performance indicators
and their relation with economic benefits, when implementing Best
Available Techniques (BAT), providing the essential information required
by textile companies, when it’s necessary to implement BAT.
The project has a bugdet of 305.505 €, and was co-financed by
Life + programme with 50% (LIFE07
ENV/P/625).
